Shipping
All orders generally shipped within 1-3 days after receipt of payment and usually arrive as follows:
- Local 1-3 business days.
- Outside of Ontario 2-7 business days.
- Shipping within Canada Only. We are not shipping outside Canada at this time.
We will send you confirmation of your shipment including a Canada Post tracking number. You will be able to track your shipment online via the the Canada Post Website.

Returns & Exchanges
In order to return an item via mail or for online purchase requiring a refund (within the 7 day return policy) please contact us for a return authorization. Or return in-store.
All returns are subject to inspection before issuing a refund for the value of the item. Returns do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
